Ideas start to fly. We develop initial layouts, focusing on flow, air circulation, and the core feeling of the space. This is a highly collaborative phase with multiple iterations.
4. Budgeting & Documentation
We prepare the budget and documentation for the project to align vision with financial reality.
5. Technical Documentation
The blueprint for construction. We produce comprehensive drawings and specifications for every aspect of the project, from structural plans to electrical layouts.
6. Construction & Site Supervision
Breaking ground. Our team provides rigorous site supervision to ensure the design is executed flawlessly, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.
7. Exterior & Interior Detailing
The soul of the space comes to life. This phase runs parallel to construction, focusing on the finer details that define the experience.

8. Handover & Final Touches

Know the Founder
I'm Richa Kriplani and here's a little story about me and 'ricasa'.
I love writing and poetry has always been a part of me. I relate a lot of it with architecture and look for the hidden words and abstract meanings in spaces, user experience and the spatial journey.
In Vedas, the dohas and verses are called richa!! So that's how I clubbed 'ri' from Richa and 'casa' meaning place or home.
'Ricasa' is all about finding and creating inspirations in the form of stories or poetry in a space/ place.
Looking at the measurable ('casa') with a realisation of the immeasurable ('ri' ... poetry).
